I got this picture out of a book. Ours don't turn out exactly like these in the skirt area.

Materials Needed:

Take 2 filters on top of each other and place the 2 cotton balls in the center. Gather around the "neck" of the angel and tie it with a pipe cleaner. Take the other filter, fold it in half and gather (pinch) it up in the middle to make the wings. Tie the wings on using that same piece of pipe cleaner. Fluff the skirt by separating the 2 filters. (It is like the way you make flowers out of tissues.) Glue the wedding band to the top of the head.

Our skirts don't turn out layered like the one in the picture. They just look fluffy and all one length. To make it even fluffier, use 3 filters for the body & skirt.

I got this idea back in '97 where I used to work from a student. I did not copy it from a book. (That is in case any publishers happen to run up on this site and try to nab me for stealing.)
